Bellflower Lactation and Happy and Healthy Therapy share a beautiful new office space conveniently located at 1360 Energy Park Drive #100 in Saint Paul, MN. The office offers ample parking and easy access for families. Come early and join us for a cup of tea or coffee in our calm, cozy space!
Initial visits

All home visits are schedule permitting. Infants under 14 days old, multiples, and families with special needs take priority. Please contact me to request an home visit. An additional travel fee of $30 is applied to all home visits.
All initial visits include:
- A feeding plan designed for you and your family
- Assessment of baby’s weight
- Unlimited support via text or email for two weeks following the home visit
- Communication with your healthcare provider as appropriate
Follow-up visits and back-to-work consults

Follow-up visits and back-to-work consults are scheduled as needed following an initial visit. They typically include:
- A detailed check-in on how things are going
- Continued monitoring of your baby’s weight
- Troubleshooting if necessary
- Future planning (i.e. return to work, scheduling, etc.)
General consults

Prenatal visits

Complimentary virtual prenatal visits include a brief introductory video call to answer any questions/concerns you may have and to discuss working together to meet your feeding goals. They provide an opportunity to:
- Get to know each other
- Answer your questions/concerns regarding feeding
- Help develop a feeding “game plan”
- Evaluate how to set up your home to make feeding easier
- Assist in choosing and learning how to use your breast pump
- …and more!
Billing info
At the end of every visit, I will provide you with a medical bill that you can submit to your insurance company. Reimbursement is not guaranteed. I accept all major credit cards and HSA/FSA cards via Square. Gift cards are also available for purchase.
As per the State of MinnesotaCare Tax (Minnesota Statutes. Sec. 295.50), a 1.8% tax is applied to all lactation visits at the time of service.
Due to the inconvenience cancellations cause, a $100 fee may be applied to your card if you cancel or reschedule your appointment with less than 48 hours notice.
Appointment “no-shows” (arriving 20 mins or later than the scheduled appointment time with or without communication) or “late cancellations” (canceling the day of your scheduled appointment) will result in a charge to your card on file for the full cost of the visit.
